Egypt And Bahrain Discuss Cooperation In Renewable Energy

Dr Mahmoud Esmat, Egypt’s Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy, welcomed Ms Fawzia bint Abdulla Zainal, Bahrain’s Ambassador to Egypt and Permanent Representative to the League of Arab States, at the Ministry’s headquarters in the Administrative Capital.

The meeting highlighted the strong, strategic relations and brotherly ties between Egypt and Bahrain. Both sides explored ways to further enhance cooperation and investment, focusing on electricity, new and renewable energy, and green hydrogen.

They emphasized the importance of joint investments to boost economic development and serve the interests of the Arab nations, showcasing a model of constructive cooperation among Arab countries.

Additionally, they discussed initiatives to promote sustainable energy solutions and innovation in the region.
