In addition, it will discuss the repercussions of the private sector’s debts on financial stability in Arab countries, the role of central banks in dealing with climate change issues, and the organizing regulations for artificial intelligence applications in the financial sector.
Moreover, the meeting will touch upon the results of the technical committees’ work and work groups specialized in the fields related to the central banks of Arab countries.
It will also accredit the annual report of financial stability in Arab countries and the unified Arab economic report.
In addition, it will give a final version of the issues to be included during the annual meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
On another note, the CBE announced in September that it will sell part of its stake in the United Bank on the EGX.
