Housing Ministry eyes global marketing strategy
The Ministry of Housing is gearing up to launch a global marketing strategy aimed at showcasing its distinctive projects to international investors, according to Housing Minister Sherif El-Sherbiny.
El-Sherbiny revealed that the plan targets unique ventures, such as the Central Business District in the New Administrative Capital, with a focus on attracting global interest.
The strategy also aims to reduce the ministry’s operational and maintenance burdens, particularly for large-scale infrastructure projects, by fostering partnerships with the private sector.
During a meeting with representatives of a leading asset management and institutional development firm, El-Sherbiny reviewed proposals designed to enhance the performance of assets owned by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA).
The discussions covered a preliminary action plan, jointly developed by the firm and NUCA, to maximize asset utilization and boost returns.
The minister urged the swift development of a practical, results-oriented plan to ensure efficient management of NUCA’s assets and achieve substantial growth in its resources.
El-Sherbiny reiterated the ministry’s commitment to supporting NUCA in optimizing asset management and driving sustainable development across its portfolio.
