Egypt Considers Launching New Mixed-Use and Tourism Projects

Among these, 23,958 units are ready for delivery in governorates, while an additional 12,990 units are available in new cities.
El-Sherbiny shared that more than 738,000 brochures for the program have been sold, and 499,000 individuals have made down payments for reservations. In light of this overwhelming demand, the Prime Minister announced plans to construct an additional 50,000 units for low-income individuals and young people, as well as another 50,000 units for middle-income groups.
