With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, I am a results-driven executive with a strong expertise in digital solutions and transformation, software solutions, risk management, infrastructure, IT audit, IT operation governance, quality assurance, cloud solutions and services, datacenter solutions, and IT security for enterprise, banking, and government sectors.

As the CEO of Cloud4Rain (C4R) since 2020, I have been leading a team of experts to provide top-notch IT services to clients across various industries. I am dedicated to setting the company's strategy for go-to-market, sales, and delivery, with a focus on expanding operations to cover the Middle East and Africa (MEA) within five years (2020-2025). I have a track record of achieving remarkable results, including extending delivery capabilities, signing strategic partnerships with tier one IT services and cloud vendors, and significantly expanding the client base through government programs for digital transformation.

Prior to my role at C4R, I served as the IT Director Group Head at Commercial International Bank (CIB) for two years, where I successfully led IT governance, risk, compliance, quality assurance, and security initiatives. I implemented key solutions such as Identity Access Management (IAM) and Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) to secure the bank's operations and developed comprehensive IT policies and processes aligned with industry best practices. I also supported digital transformation projects and initiated an Agile adaptation program for software and project management.

During my tenure at IBM from 2006 to 2018, I held various senior management positions, including the role of Digital Senior Manager for IBM MEA. I established the IBM MEA Digital Cloud Sales Center, leading IBM's infrastructure services, managed services, cloud, and security initiatives. I successfully extended IBM's footprint for cloud services in the MEA region by 1100% in just two years. I also managed a team of 30 sellers and developed strong client relationships while consistently overachieving objectives.

My experience extends to serving on several USAID projects from 1999 to 2006, further enhancing my expertise in delivering impactful IT solutions in diverse environments. I hold international certifications in business continuity, project management, digital transformation, and risk management.
