Egypt leads African startup landscape with $329M raised in 2024

Egyptian startups raised $329 million through 78 funding rounds, reflecting a 21 percent year-over-year decline.

50 percent of the outstanding dues will be disbursed in cash over four fiscal years, starting this year, with annual payments of EGP 8 billion.
