Saudi Jarir, Aman Egypt to establish over $26mln finance company

After obtaining the necessary regulatory licenses, Aman Egypt will hold a 49% stake in the joint venture’s shares.

Robbiki Leather City, a national leather industry development project, sprawling across 500 feddans, is being executed in three phases.

Private investments grew by 30%, reaching EGP 133.1 billion, compared to EGP 102.3 billion in the same quarter of the previous year.

The second phase is scheduled to be completed by mid-2025, with the entire project anticipated to conclude by early 2026, the prime minister said.

The bidding, which included several blocks, starts on December 18th, 2024, and the closing date is February 13th, 2025 at 12:00 pm Cairo Local Time.
