Core Senior Engineer/ Expert at Huawei Egypt

- Acting as a TD (Technical Director) of core network in Project, completing core network design, deploy plan, assisting thr PM to deliver project successfully.

- Act ing as a supervisor of maintenance service, analysing network and make plans of maintenance service, solveing critical problems, communicating with customer to improve mode of maintenance and heighten customer satisfaction.

- Delivering complicated professional service; leading other engineers to deliver management service.

- Providing Senior training for customers.

- Acting as mentor for other engineers to improve their skills.

- Sum up cases and guidelines of project delivery, maintenance, professional and management service.

Job Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area.

- At least 5 years of core network engineering and maintenance experience.

- Excellent in the fundamentals of GPRS, WiMAX, GSM, and WCDMA systems.

- Fluent English.

- Has experience as a team leader of core network projects, familiar with Technical Management and Project Management.

- Excellent team spirit with good communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced changing and multi-cultures environment.

- Familiar with world famous operators' working method and culture.

- Frequent business trips will be required.
