Customer Support Engineer (French Speaker) For Huawei Technologies
- Responsible for Handling Customer Requests from Middle east and North Africa regions.
- Troubleshooting and handling customer requests according to Arabic TAC workflow and regulations.
- Accepting Customer Request, Respond & resolve them quickly & effectively according to SLA.
- Supporting Projects Inside/outside Egypt.
- Working in shifts if needed.
- Share the team in meetings /Presentations within the TAC organization to provide technical perspective of Wireless Product line.
Job Qualifications
- 0-2 years experience in related field.
- Bachelor degree in telecommunications engineering.
- Fluent of English reading and writing.
- French fluency is a must.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Huawei Access equipment awareness.
- High ability of fast learning and practice.
- Good team work.
- Good attitude and motivated.
- Familiar with BSC,BTS,Single RAN equipments and OMC Server.
- Familiar with GSM RNP &RNO Parameters.
- Has ability to make self study for new topics to enhance his experience.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to travel and work in 24/7 shifts.
- Ability to work in a team, professionally and personally with different reporting schemes.
