Scheduling Coordinator For Aria Systems
• Schedule tasks on team members considering the team availability.
• Scheduling customizations.
• Scheduling tasks for defects.
• Follow- up on schedule and make sure that all team members are following the schedule.
• Set Periodical resources plan.
• Utilizes Auto-task Program to keep track of employee tasks, create daily and weekly schedules, and make changes as necessary.
• Frequently acts as a liaison between employees and management regarding changes in policy and requests for time off.
• Reports to the PMO.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor degree.
• Very good command of English.
• 0-1 year of experience “Entry level”.
• Scheduling coordinators must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to direct the activities of team members and update management on the progress of the project.
• Coordinators must have strong organizing & conflict resolution skills.
• Reliable, can work under pressure & stress.
• Working hours 10:00am – 6:30pm.
