Office Manager For Reach Advertising
• Prepare correspondence, reports, materials for publications and presentations.
• Maintain General Manager Calendar.
• Prepare and maintain Manager Expense report.
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
• Create and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
• Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.
• Photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
• Research, price, purchase office furniture and supplies.
• Supervise support staff.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office) and internet literate.
• Have a car.
