Human Resources Specialist For Spinneys Egypt
- The HR Specialist provides professional support in the administration of Human Resource functions.
- Assists in the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of programs, policies, and procedures. Ensures compliance with all legal and corporate guidelines.
- Build and maintain an effective relationship with management team. Proactively identify issues before they affect productivity and turnover.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in the areas of retention, policy interpretation and implementation, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Work with HR team to administer benefits and be a resource for employee questions regarding benefits, company policies, and various HR programs.
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years progressive hands on experience in HR with extra focus on personnel and labor relations.
- Bachelor’s degree HR Certification is an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills Very.
- Good Knowledge of Egyptian Labour Law and Social Insurance Law.
