Sales Supervisor in Food & Beverage Field For HPA
• Give full support to Route-To-Market Projects for Beverages including implementation.
• Day-to-day management of (continuous and one-off) data collection, and tool usage.
• Responsible for preparing the analysis of data needed to make our operational Sales & Distribution choices.
• Ongoing Project Management of the key RTM Projects, including Planning, Progress tracking, Reporting etc.
• Mapping existing outlet universe including key information (via management of Tier classification exercise).
• Mapping existing competitor structures (selling, execution, order generation, fulfillment, invoicing, cash collection).
• Mapping Distribution logistics.
• Mapping current profitability.
• Supporting Strategy workshops on portfolio and channel strategy.
• Mapping Value chain dynamics.
• Mapping basic production, transportation, distribution, warehousing costs (COGS, operating expenses, raw materials).
• Mapping activity ROI analysis.
• Mapping distributor rewards and compensation schemes.
Job Qualifications
- Excellent in English & Computer skills as he will deal with foreigners.
- Experience not less than 5 years in food & beverage field.
