The Technical Support will have the responsibility of assisting users on various hardware\software related issues.

Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems
- Troubleshoot computer hardware, software or network
- Respond to Request system (calls, email, help desk system…)
- Document, track, and monitor all problem to ensure a timely resolution
- Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems pertaining
to LAN
- Install and configure workstations based on MIU Policy
- Provide end users support for all LAN- based applications
- Assist with data recovery, using recovery tools
- Perform manual/automatic backup’s as needed
- Perform other duties or special projects as requested related to area of responsibility

Skills:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7
- Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 2000, 2003, 2007, 2010
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good knowledge in network technology (TCP/IP-DNS-DHCP) etc,
- Must have a strong work ethic, organization skills

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree
- 3 or more years of experience in an office environment
