Job Description:
• Develop Renovations plans in coordination with engineering manager during the year to maintain and increase company's properties.
• Design annual Renovations budget and plan in coordination with the direct manager to estimate all expenses for all services during the year.
• Monitor section expenses to make sure not exceeding the budget.
• Follow up all constructions and maintenance executions to ensure it is aligned with the quality standards.
• Follow up all hang notices related to constructions or maintenance to be distributed and allocated to the technical supervisors to ensure effective work flow and high quality standards.
•Review and update weekly reports to view achieved results versus planned projects to be submitted to engineering Manager.
•Review and approve operational projects bills with the concerned contractors to ensure it is aligned with quality standards and not exceeding the actual prices.
•Analyze price lists and requests for all kind of work to reach to the lowest prices to maintain company's rights.

Job Qualifications:
- B.Sc. of Architecture
- MS office, AutoCAD and 3D max are a must
- Gender: Male
