Job Description

• Driving the change for improving the food safety awareness in the plant.
• Ensuring implementation of the Consumer Risk Protection program (CRP).
• Setting the annual site food safety objective(s), improving plan and monitoring implementation.
• Following up control process of Hazard assessment for HACCP
• Ensuring that pest control program fulfill our standards.
• Following-up the action plans of internal and external audits.
• Ensuring that the site is compatible with AIB requirement.
• Organizing CRP training to site management, employees, and contractors.
• Monitoring Allergen management implementation.

Skills

• Bachelor Degree
• 2 yrs experience working in food industry
• Good computer skills of Microsoft Office (Word - Excel - PowerPoint)
• Is capable of developing site action plans
• Has previously developed food safety instructions
• Good communication skills

Education

Bachelor in Science or Agriculture
