Job Description

Performs professional civil engineering work requiring advanced engineering knowledge.
?Follows up and administer contracts, payments, and drawings. Be as an owner representative.
?Prepares clear, and concise correspondence and complex, technical reports.
?Inspects of construction work performed under contracts, including the interpretation and revision of plans and specifications, testing of construction materials, and the maintenance of related records and reports.
?Establishes and maintains effective working relations.
?Coordinates activities with other units of the department and other departments.
?Supervises and manages of all structural and finishing works of the administration building.
?Coordinates between contractors concerning all finishing items.
?Manages, designs and supervises the construction of projects.
