Senior Accountant needed for KarmSolar

We are a thriving young start-up aiming to make solar energy a commercially viable reality in the Arab World. We are focused on the development of innovative solutions that allow for the advancement of cost-competitive solar energy applications and solutions across different sectors.

KarmSolar was established in October 2011, and has already established its first Project in Bahareya where its solar solution has proven successful. KarmSolar has won a second project this year to build a solar powered workers village, also located in Bahareya.

As we are quickly expanding, we are currently looking for an experienced individual who is eager to work in an entrepreneurial environment, and is able to work under stress while maintaining a good team spirit.

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting an accountant with a minimum experience of 5 years to join our Finance Team. The accountant will need to be responsible for the following:

§ Preparing & implementing a new accounting system

§ Monthly bookkeeping & Financial Statements

§ Monthly bank reconciliation and financial reporting

§ Preparing & Reviewing all company invoices and following up on payments

§ Preparing the salary & corporate tax
