Copy Editor needed for Mubasher.info

Copy Editor will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and competitive daily coverage of 13 MENA markets. Copy Editor will oversee quality of all English-language content, fact-check stories and ensure compliance with editorial and journalistic standards.

Responsibilities:
• Edit stories and assist with fact-checking throughout the day
• Write succinct, attention-grabbing headlines and captions
• Promote Mubasher.info content through social media and professional networks

Qualifications:
• Extensive knowledge of the MENA region politics and government, equity markets
• Background in finance
• High proficiency in English and preferably Arabic
• Experience working in a deadline-driven environment
• Minimum five years of journalism experience or equivalent professional experience
