Plant Manager –Job code (PM001)

Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Plan the production activities, work schedules, machine maintenance
schedules.
2- Maintain budget and product quality.
3 - Assimilate the electrical and mechanical process.
4 - Determine plant weaknesses (technical and administrative) and work on solutions.
5 - Work on preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plan.
6 - Maintain a good teamwork spirit, and provide necessary training and
motivation plans to employees.
7 - Work on building, evaluating and training replacement team on all levels to replace and take over the duties.
8 - Develop a good maintenance system by controlling the store and proposing
order point of spare parts.
9 - Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures.
10 - Control the factory's administrative work

Skills requirements:
1- Minimum B.A. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial…)
2- Minimum 10 years experience in heavy industries preferably cement industry
3- Good manufacturing knowledge with advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills.
4- Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, HR modeling, leadership technique, production methods…
5- Age range: Min 28, Max 35 Years
