Admin Assistant needed for Madar Properties
•Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member
•Meet and greet clients and visitors
•Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
•Perform general clerical duties to include: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
•Setup and coordinate meetings and appointments
•Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules
•Support staff in assigned project based work
•Resolves administrative problems by preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
•Scheduling interviews, events and other similar activities
•Performing researches related to work
•Coordinate work flow
•Keep projects on schedule
•Check deadlines on incoming requests and put preliminary work in play
•Responsible for issuing and receiving company invoices, company purchases and accounts
•Responsible for company resources by following up with suppliers on current assets maintenance and new purchases
