About the Vacancy: We are seeking to hire a Customer Service Assistant to Cairo Festival City Mall, reporting to the Customer Service Manager /Supervisor(s) the overall purpose of this role is to efficiently manage the customer service desk and handle customer issues, queries, problems, in a professional and courteous manner so as to achieve service standards and enhance visitor experience to the mall, your job responsibilities will be including and not limited to:
Customer Service:
Responsible for providing high standards of customer service to visitors bearing in mind cultural sensitivities and varying levels of expectations.
Assisting mall customers approaching the customer service desk in a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Providing necessary support to mall shoppers in terms of current and updated information related to new stores opened and closed.
Maintain updated information regarding contact details of store mangers, emergency contact details which might be required in case of emergencies.
Knowledge about all aspects of the mall operation, marketing and promotion related information.
Handle customer assistance tasks outside of the customer service desk as assigned.
Responsible for developing an in depth understanding of the retail Center to assist in any customer queries.
Conduct regular mall visits in consultation with the Customer service supervisor to be updated about the latest developments in the mall.
Responsible for resolving customer complaints/ issues within the delegated level of authority.
Coordinate with other departments within the mall, with respect to any issues relevant to these areas.
Provide support to the inter-departments at Festival Center so as to provide management front line data to understand public opinion, gauge visitor experience or make business and marketing decisions.
Provide basic level first aid services and emergency assistance to the customer.
About you:
As a Customer Service Assistant, you need to demonstrate the following experience, qualifications and skills:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Graduation in any degree.
Arabic Must, preferably in English or any other language would be an advantage.
Minimum Experience:
2-3 years relevant customer service experience in a shopping Center or hospitality background preference for front-desk.
Job-Specific Skills:
Customers relations support.
Accept to work on weekends, official holidays and outside the official working hours.
