IT sales account manager needed for Compuroots
Job Description
•Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annually sales target values
builds sales team and supervises their performance and help them to achieve their quotas
•Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships
•Builds customer base by meeting with potential clients and educating them on the benefits of the product (s)
•Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.
•Performs collection activities as required
•Participates in continued education to learn about new product (s) and improved sales techniques
•Tracks personal sales statistics and submits them to Sales Manager for period reviews
•Completes proactive customer “good will” calls.
Generate and maintain a credible forecast for accounts and provide this information on a regular basis to Senior Management.
•Delivering sales presentations to customers.
•Attending client meetings.•Preparing sales quote for customers.
Skills:
Bachelor degree in computer science, or any IT related.
•Excellent command of English language is a Must..
•Diploma and\or training courses in sales is preferable.
•Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.•Car owner is a preferable.
