Responsibilities:
- Presenting the product or service to customers.
- Build a relationship with clients.
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquirers.
- Discussing special promotions.
- Follow up with customers and make sure they got full info.
- Make a survey for cars market by phone and internet research.
- Enter daily customer data and inquiries.
- Prepare weekly and monthly report for calls.

Requirements:
- Experience in Telesales and Customer Service.
- Minimum age 23 years old.
- Presentation skills, argument skills and attention to details.
- Excellent car knowledge in order to be able to compare.
- Very good English.
- Very good computer skills.
