Job description:
we are looking for Customer service candidates with experience in home appliances:
Managing all service network,
Providing and improving service quality,
Following up and solving consumer & dealer requests and complaints,
Analyzing, evaluating and giving feedbacks about product quality,
Coordinating CS Marketing activities in Egypt
Qualifications:
University degree in Engineering,
Fluent English knowledge is a must,
Knowledge of MS Office programs,
Excellent communication skills, self discipline, orientation for target realization skills,
Analytical minded, having good conflict management,
Fast reaction on daily challenges by using problem solving techniques.
Engineer
Customer service solid experience.
Home appliances solid experience (either small home appliances e.g. kitchen machine equipment, ironing equipment, IT equipment e.g. mobile devices or computer products; OR Big Home appliances eg. Refrigerator, oven, washing machine.. etc) whatever the size, all home machinery)
Personal skills: agile, calm (absorbing anger when needed); good listener and a good presenter. Fitting to the team
