Job Description:
Sources, researches, interviews, screens and refers job candidates for job openings
confers with management and section heads to identify personal needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills
Writes job descriptions or reviews and edits job descriptions written by others
Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
Develops and coordinates job postings, internal and external
Performs reference and background checks on applicants
Coordinates all communication with applicants
Files and maintains employment records for all new hires
Qualifications:
Age: 35 years old and above
Experience: 7 years and above
Experience Background: minimum of five years In a recruitment hr
Computer Skills: Excellent in Microsoft Office
Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic , Good in English
