Job Description:
Design a sales activity plan and determine work methods to achieve objectives.
Plan and prepare for the sales interviews and sales presentations.
Seek and apply new knowledge and skills to produce improved business performance.
Allocate time to develop oneself within the job role.
Establish and maintain the trust and support of colleagues.
Communicate openly and clearly.
Contribute to discussions to solve problems.
Share good ideas and best practice amongst colleagues.
Willingly help others, working with them to achieve individual and team goals
Effectively contribute to the customer service satisfaction with the sales process.
Pro-actively act to add value and ensure that customer’s expectations are always clearly established and met.
Periodically review own service performance against required service standards.
Qualifications:
University degree from a reputed university
Age: 25-30 years old
Minimum "2 years" experience in medical sales activities
Fluent in Arabic and English
Excellent relationship management skills (customers, direct reports, colleagues and superiors)
Excellent Sales Skills
Good market knowledge of the medical insurance industry.
Communication skills.
Computer Skills: Excellent in Microsoft Office
