Chairman Assistant- Top Business Group
The main responsibilities of the MD assistant is to provide high-level administrative to the MD, organize and coordinate office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Job Description:
Manage and maintain MD’s schedule including a calendar of appointments, meetings, and events To facilitate managing the daily activities of the MD and ensure that there is no overlapping among calendar appointments.
Prepare Agendas, invitations and make arrangements for committee, board, general assembly, and other meetings To provide efficient and effective administrative assistance to the MD.
Meet and greet visitors To determine whether they should meet the MD.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports which concerns the MD, Board, and General assembly To ensure appropriate documentation to facilitate use by other staff and himself/ herself.
Arrange Travel arrangements for foreigner visitors and for the MD.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
University degree in a relevant discipline
5-7 years administrative experience
Have good organizational, communication and listening skills, an eye for detail and the ability to make decisions
Should be patient, diplomatic and discrete.
Must be motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team. She should be able to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, meet deadlines and relate to people at all levels.
Ability to competently utilize word processing, spreadsheet, database computer application programs, and e-mail
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
Managing one's own time and the time of others
Very Good English (Spoken, written and understanding) is a must
