Compliance Officer- Top Business Group

Job Description:
Legal and practical knowledge all national and international laws pertaining to compliance for our industry including Egyptian, US and UK anti-bribery and AML laws and all major sanctions/embargo regimes, domestic regulatory rules.
Experience of establishing, running and executing a local compliance regime/practices (complying with external rules and internal methods of control) in coordination with group compliance head.
Experience of delivering training on topics from KYC/AML, ABC, insider dealing, cyber security, ethics, conflicts of interest.
Knowledge of domestic regulatory rules and reporting requirements, if any
Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends

Qualifications:
Years of Experience: 4-6
Experience Background : Compliance and/or Legal
Computer Skills: Good in Microsoft Office
Language proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and English
