Job Description:
Preparing presentations for the department.
Inventory Management including asset labeling & stock control
Supervision of bookings for flights, hotels …..etc & staff transportation in work trips.
Organizing internal and external events
Seek and implement improvements within the office and in the provision of support services.
Supervise and insure a perfect level of cleanliness, food & beverage for the staff in all the Co. offices
Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation
Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records
Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards
Prepare and control Admin. department yearly budget
Supervise the Co. Assets/ offices Insurance contracts
Qualifications:
Years of Experience: 4-6
Experience Background : Administration
Computer Skills: Good in Microsoft Office
Language proficiency: Excellent in English and Arabic ( written and spoken )
