Marketing & Communication Director- by Top Business

Job Description:
Executing marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions, sponsorships, market research, etc., to align with business priorities & deliver against company objectives
Developing metrics and specifications to track program performance, measuring program performance, & making recommendations based on results
Defining internal & external communications to promote EBC & the new Egypt NPS
Defining the marketing budget to ensure that all campaigns, programs, & activities are within allocated budget

Job Requirements:
Education: Marketing / Communications degree, MBA preferred
Work experience: 15+ years in senior marketing / communications role with proven track record in B2B and consumer marketing, experience in financial services is a clear advantage
Fluent in Arabic & English, strong cultural knowledge of Egyptian market
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Strong leadership skills
