Senior Product Development Manager- by Top Business

Job Description:
Leveraging product development & issuing expertise to provide thought-leadership and market insights to support existing and prospective customers
Working with key customers to identify, develop & launch relevant product solutions that meet the needs of all the constituents
Demonstrating thought-leadership, product/technology development expertise & strong management skills in integrating technology into new solutions
Partnering with internal & external stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies and ensuring seamless & efficient product deployment & implementation
Acting as an expert, advocating and championing NPS products & solutions to internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements:
Education: Law or Finance / Business degree
Work experience: 10 years in financial services, dealing with product development in Consulting firm or retail banking, experience in card payments & international exposure is a clear advantage
Fluent in Arabic & English
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Strong leadership skills
