QHSE Coordinator- by Top Business

Job Description:
Responsible to coordinate all yard HSE activities.
Support in regular visiting to salaam base and Abo rides yard.
Support in vehicle check (On call 24 hours).
Support in Follow-up corrective action of all QHSE actions log and Ensuring the closure of NCs in time.
Support in quality management system (transition project).
Support in document control.
Support in inspections & audit on contractors and company assets.
Provide HSE expertise and advice for all operations works at yard and other operations sites, as required.
Conduct inspections & audit on third party contractors and company assets.
Leads in daily / monthly inspections and participate in audits and assessments as necessary. Responsible for closing all findings
Is involved in daily planning and risk assessment in yard & site operations.
Participate in incidents investigations as they occur, and lead as appropriate.
Prepare regular HSE meeting.
Participate in daily operations meeting.
Submit monthly HSE statistics (working hours, incident, LTI, drills, unsafe....)
Ensure regular emergency response exercises and drills are conducted
Follow up on daily basis for unsafe act/condition received and ensure it is closed.
Audit work being performed with ''Safe Work Permit” .
Keeps records of non-conformities from audits, of problems, defects and operating statistics from departments

Qualifications:
Age range: 25-35 years old.
Years of Experience: 4-6 years
Computer Skills: Excellent in Microsoft Office
Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and English ( written and spoken )
