Field Technician- by Top Business
Job Description:
Prepare, sign and submit pigging, daily, express and other relevant reports
Discuss equipment and tools requirements including auxiliaries, AGM's, DGPS, magnets, launching trays, spares, tool box and all other required tools for use in the field, etc.
Study and analyze project information document, operation manuals, pigging procedures and other project-related documents
Establish professional contact with client’s field personnel creating friendly working relations
Execute field work in a safe, effective and efficient manner in accordance with the company's QA/QC procedures and in line with time, resource and financial planning
Coordinate field activities between the comapny's team, subcontractor, client and other involved parties
Perform ILI runs successfully without data loss as per POF & API standards
Conduct sufficient cleaning runs to the established the comapny's cleaning criteria
Conduct site survey and DGPs Survey in line with the comapny's procedures and operational requirement
Execute all other tasks as requested by Team Leader within the assigned job role.
Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or relevant) plus 3 years of operation planning experience
Experience in Oil and Gas sector, preferably with ILI exposure
Computer skills in Microsoft word, excel and outlook at an intermediate level
Fluency in English, the language of the Territory is an advantage
Ability to travel extensively
