Purchasing Specialist- by Top Business
Job Description:
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Prepare the PO from the ERP and send it to supplier
Review quality of purchased products
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree: BS degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
Experience Background: 3 to 5 Years in purchasing
Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Computer Skills: Excellent in Microsoft Office
Gender: Male Only
Age range: 25-30 years old
