Job Description:
Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
Fills material requisitions; assists requester to order adequate goods and supplies; delivers orders to Materials Coordinator.
Receives, stores, tags and tracks stock.
Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction.
Ships cancelled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate.
Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and stock.
Maintain accurate manual and computer records.
Regular Inventory for stock
Regular analysis for slow movement items.
Complying with company’s Health, Safety and Environmental, and Quality policies, Manuals, Procedures & Work instructions.
Activating the emergency procedure and contingency plans in the cases of emergency.
Company target zero lost time injury

Qualifications:
Formal Education : Min bachelor's degree in related field
Experience: from 3-5 Years increasingly responsible experience working in warehouse and storage operations
Ability and willingness to work in a team based, performance based environment
Prefer to work in ERP System
