Assistant Plant Manager- by Top Business

Job Description:
Manages the safety and health factors in all processes
Oversee an entire location in terms of efficiency, safety and hygiene
Maintain optimum operation by assigning workers to relevant tasks
Training of new employees and give instruction to blue collars
Monitor maintenance and production records, in coordination with production manager.
Communicate with other departments of the company or the plant to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Take care of communication with government authorities such as Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Health, Chamber of Commerce, and Industrial Development Authority.
Provide support to all manufacturing teams and manage efficient integration of work flow.
Maintain optimal level of customer and supplier services for both internal and external customers.
Negotiate between various labor relations and perform regular appraisals for personnel and recommend changes in salary as per requirement.
Assist operation team to implement all business goals through appropriate lean manufacturing methodology.
Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts

Qualifications:
Gender : Male
Age range : 30-35 years old
Years of Experience : 5-10 years
Experience Background : Same relevant job
Computer Skills : Good in Microsoft Office
Language Proficiency : Good in Arabic and English (written and spoken )
