Job Description:
Responsible for the Operation of SMT Machine
Inspection and Repair of PCB’s with defects
Completely monitor the production of PCB
Manage materials as well as Request of components
Handle assembly and production as per Drawings
Cost control initiator
Be quality conscious (dynamic approach towards quality improvement and aim at getting things right first time)
Maintain confidentiality, integrity and safeguard the company's trade secrets
Respect and support fellow employees at all times
Respond to changes positively (technical advancements as well as organizational adaptations)
Assure timely and accurate reporting to Tool Management Department
Identify training requirements

Qualifications:
Electronics Engineering Graduate or Diploma of Electronics Technician
Experience Minimum 2 years in Production and Assembly
Familiar with SMT machine operation
Effectively communicate and understand job instructions both verbally and written in the English language. Ability to effectively interpret and translate instructions to other employees in a professional and respectful manner.
Ability to perform basic mathematical computations. Should be capable of mass balance calculations for material control.
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Promotes a team environment within the department. Co-Operates with all departments in resolving issues related to Electronics. Responsible for timely hand over of Product.
