Maintenance Manager- by Top Business

Job Description:
Monitor delays because of machine breakdowns to create purchase requisition for machines, parts and consumables and send it to the purchasing team to proceed.
Minimize the machinery downtime through periodic, preventive and prediction maintenance.
Handle all engineering projects for the entire plant.
Develop the maintenance plan and schedule in a systematic and predictive manner, to meet the efficiency and reliability objectives of the plant.
Respond rapidly to emergencies, ensuring that operational targets of unnecessarily prejudiced by breakdowns and losses are minimized.
Define the Maintenance annual budget figures and materials requirement to follow up the procurement and delivery of requested consumables and spare parts.
Prepare the spare part list for all the equipment by considering the installed QTY, consumption rate and the minimum stock regarding to the available budget to follow up and ensure the maintenance plan implementation.
Develop strategic maintenance plans by studying operational plans, studying existing conditions, determining needs to accomplish operational plans, mapping solutions, updating and modifying requirements and solutions, preparing cost estimates and budgets.
Support, when needed, in preparing investment requests for machines and utilities with all relevant calculations to obtain the BoD’s approval, participate in quality incident and claimsinvestigations with the production and QA team, participate in safety incident investigations with the SHE team and lead the plant tours with new customers and plant visitors

Qualifications:
Gender : Male only
Age range : 30-35 years only
Bachelor Degree : Bachelor of Mechanical Engineer
Years of Experience : Minimum 10 Years of Experience ( 7 years’ experience in the manufacturing field - 3 years’ experience in an executive role ).
Computer Skills : Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite
Language Proficiency : Excellent in Arabic and English ( written and spoken )
