Master Planner- by Top Business

Job Description:
Resources planning and control including manpower and equipment.
Creae a master plan for the department with allocation of resources.
Review plans received from different territories and audit them.
Ensure all plans are uploaded and updates in ERP system.
Review resource allocation and ensure it's in the system.
Ensure resource utilization above 80%

Qualifications:
Travelling Frequency : 3-4 times a month
Gender : Male Only
Perfect English is a must
Bachelor Degree : Engineering or Management or IT
Oil and Gaz experience is preferable but not must
Minimum 5 years experience in project planning and control
Key skills : IT, cost estimation/control, budget preparation, contract reviews, resource planning
Software application skills are must : MS project, primavera, ERP system, SAP or similar
