Job Description:
Be familiar with social media ( facebook and linkedin ) to write and post the requested vacancies.
Evaluate and screen CVs and resumes
Schedule interviews
Deal with clients and candidates.
Maintain a complete record of clients and companies.
Attend job fairs and careers events.
Qualifications:
Graduated from language or international school is a Must.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration (not a must) or in any other field.
Years of experience : fresh grads or maximum 1 year of experience.
Gender : Male or Female.
Language Proficiency : Excellent in Arabic and English ( written, spoken and listen ), another language is a bonus.
Computer skills : familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
Work under pressure.
Possesses excellent telephone etiquette.
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within the deadline.
Target oriented.
Communicates clearly and effectively.
Exhibits strong listening skills and dealing with unsatisfying clients.
Strong Organizational skills.
