Job Description:
Perform work activities efficiently while continuously looking for cost-saving opportunities.
Work to verify the department's HSE vision is infused early into project development.
Participate in Front End Development.
Provide construction expertise and assistance for the following: Opportunity Framing and Risk identification and mitigation
Promote and drive the involvement of construction in areas of technical design, schedule, and preliminary execution planning and cost estimating.
Maintain Construction execution plan development and QA/QC planning for field fabrication and installation.
Work to verify plans are put in place to realize the department's HSE vision.
Maintain the following after the start of construction (IFC -Issue for Construction): Project performance (safety, environmental, quality, cost, and schedule) and Construction execution plan implementation.
Facilitate and document construction status meetings and suggest appropriate measures to mitigate construction issues and obstacles to project progress.
Verify field activities are executed in compliance with plant orders, policies and procedures.
Coach and advise the Project Engineer and construction specialists (i.e. Construction Coordinators).

Qualifications:
Gender: Male
Graduate from Cairo, Ein Shams and GUC universities.
Years of Experience : from 3 to 7 years experience in similar positions
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
