Job Description:
Represents finance on th e company executive Committee, ensures the efficient and economic operation of the FINANCE Division providing services and support to other
Divisions as required, maintaining equipment, buildings and grounds in optimum condition.
Conducts weekly Finance Meetings, ensuring all meetings are well planned, efficient and results oriented.
Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required .
Ensure all employees provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
Handles client and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to rules and regulations established in the company policies.
Take an active involvement in the Welfare, Safety, Development and well being of employees providing advice, counseling and truthful , diplomatic feedback.
Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
Maintains positive clients and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Exercise responsible management and behavior at all times and positively representing the company executive team.
Respond to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the industry and company.

Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years work experience in field of Finance & Accountant.
Minimum 3 years experience·as Chief Accountan t/Manager/Assistant Director of Finance in a similar large organisation or firm.
Holds a degree in Finance and/or Accounting preferably an MBA or its equivalent.
Good reporting and analytical skills.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited stand ardization exists.
Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements.
Computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office, E-Mai l, and Finance management systems.
Fluent English- written and spoken, multi-lingual desirable.
