Collecting employment and salary plans by conducting salary surveys
Prepare Job analysis ( job specifications and job description )
Ensure Appraisal of employees' work
Maintains management guidelines by preparing , updating and recommending human resources policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Age range : 30-35 years old
Bachelor degree : Business Administration
Experience background : in Human Resources
Years of Experience : 4-6 years
Computer Skills : Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite
Language Proficiency : Excellent in Arabic and English ( written and spoken )
