Job Description:
Supervising all the functions of recruitment for and the senior positions in subsidiary companies to ensure filling the requested jobs
by the right candidates on the right time at the right cost.
Supervising the functions of recruitment; searching for and collecting applications of
potential candidates for company employment.
Adhering to the recruitment procedures & policy from the stage of receiving the approved job requisitions, the search for the right candidates who match the job descriptions required up to the stage of job joining.
Maintaining and developing a solid application data base and classifying the applications to ensure easy reference and accessibility.
Compiling and maintaining a database for local recruitment advertising agencies and
on-line sites that provide recruitment services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree.
4 years of experience in recruitment (Mass recruitment and Managerial Positions).
Good communications Skills.
Leadership Skills.
Target oriented.
Excellent in English is a must.
