Job Description:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Qualifications:
15+ years of experience
Bachelor of Mechanical or Chemical engineer, Post Graduates is a plus
Strong English, written and spoken
Preferred to have previous work experience at, ENPPI, EGPC, Petrojet, Petrobel, SIDPEC, or similar companies
Ability to make a sales plan, sales budget, sales forecast and achieve targets
Ability to make a marketing plan
Previous experience, with Oil &Gas companies, downstream and upstream.
Ability to manage engineers
Ability to travel within Egypt
Strong network in such markets; Oil &Gas, Fertilizers, Power Generation
Strong computer skills, such as, MS office and Sales softwares
Passionate and dedicated individual
Team player and having a leader characteristics
Certificates and training courses
