Job Description:
Develop and maximize Revenue for new and existing customers in line with Shell HSSE and Business policy and principles
Deliver Egypt B2B Vision by 2018, which requires significant volume growth and professionalism improvement over the next few years as measured by the Sales 1st KPIs, in conjunction with technical implement defined and agreed B2B strategy.
Utilize Global CVPs to achieve financial targets and Sales, Marketing and Technical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Maximize time spent coaching and joint prospecting to develop sales team into a world class sales professionals admired by customers
Deliver Agreed Sales, Technical and Marketing Action Plans
Aggressively grow the Lubricants business, delivering against targets and "turning around the business where profitability is insufficient.
Maximize time spent coaching and conducting joint customer and prospect visits.
Nurture the team and motivating them to achieve plan.
Ensure the team operates within agreed strategy and guidelines and uses agreed processes and tools.
Migrate sales approach from "product and price to selling" brand and value led CVPs.
Qualifications:
Solid experience in B2B sales
Proven track record in coaching, leading and inspiring teams
Significant sales experience, with proven success in developing profitable business
Strong customer focus, preferably with Key Accounts
Strong business analysis skills
Channel management experience
Technical background/degree.
Fluency in English
Good command of MS tools
