Job Description:
Communicate and interact professionally with key executives as well as their Executive Assistants at the client site as well as senior management within the firm.
Uses an organized and systematic approach to achieve results in the most efficient and productive manner.
Answer and screen incoming calls in a professional manner while providing assistance and obtaining accurate information.
Able to routinely handle sensitive/confidential information where the highest level of discretion is expected.
Schedule meetings, organize and maintain Outlook calendars.
Able to understand challenges facing Senior Partner and be able to manage/reschedule priorities effectively.
Follow through on client and group projects.
Analyze and summarize incoming communications.
Set up, proof, compile, create and distribute high standard business correspondence including memos, letters, e-mail presentation material and written statements with little or no guidance.
Proofread documents for grammar, content and accuracy
Create and maintain electronic/hard copy files system
Manage travel arrangements for both international and domestic business trips
Coordinate and plan all aspects of meetings/conferences
Compile materials for meetings.
Distributions of specific briefings to email distribution list.
Able to perform in unique and changing environment by responding effectively to changes and deadlines.
Display an appropriate sense of urgency, practicality, and integrity.
Display positive, professional attitude and presence.

Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, in a large corporate environment preferred
Excellent organizational ability
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant, positive demeanor
Creative problem-solving; ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues
Ability to manage time with a minimum of direction or supervision
Ability to interpret difficult situations, exercise good judgment/decision making when necessary
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Ability to multi-task in a high-stressed environment
High flexibility - ability to constantly prioritize/reassess multi-functional position
