Job Description:
Provide assistance to project manager
Prepare, Coordinate, review and assess documents for entire contract submittals.
Ensure all contract works in compliance with contract documents.
Prepare documents for all administrative works that include processing and reviewing of progress payments for contractors.
Review project design submittals and ensure forms as per existing standards.
Coordinate between documents of consultants, contractors, property owners and other utility services for assigned projects.
Manage and submit all reviewed contract document to contract administrators for further approval.
Prepare project records given from site engineer with details such as field progress, field conditions, equipment use and corrective actions.
Prepare monthly report on progress of assigned project with assistance of manager.
Make sure of archiving adequately!

Qualifications:
Gender: Male only
Computer Skills: Excellent in Microsoft Office and Autocad
Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic, Good in English (written and spoken)
Bachelor Degree: Engineering
Experience Background: Boiler – Heating solutions + Equipment as general
Years of Experience: 3-6 years
