Administration Manager- by Top Business
Job Description :
Upgrade of firm’s administrative system, including work procedures.
Organization of work journeys and trips; calculating and managing per diems; management and maintenance of field equipment, and management of firm correspondences.
Keeping personnel records and follow up on official governmental requirements concerning human resources.
Keeping records and following up personnel vacations and overtime.
Supervision and follow up on all office maintenance requirements (tools, equipment, assets, vehicles and their licensing, electrical works, plumbing, etc.).
Management and follow up of contracts for services provided to the firm, such as medical insurance contracts.
Registration of the firm with different governmental and non-governmental entities, as required, and follow up of registration requirements and renewal.

As relevant to position requirements
Qualifications :
Computer Skills: Good in MS office suit
Language Proficiency: Good in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Bachelor Degree: B.Sc. in relevant field
Experience Background : 10+ years of experience in similar positions
Excellent supervision, communication and coordination skills
Excellent knowledge of relevant laws and systems
